- Administer, monitor and troubleshoot the company’s ERP and other related IT systems, ensuring their availability, security and compliance.
- Support end users and provide technical assistance and training on the use and functionality of the systems.
- Develop, test and deploy enhancements, integrations and customizations for the systems, using agile methodologies, DevOps tools and new technologies.
- Manage and maintain system configuration, backups, patches, upgrades, and migrations.
- Document and maintain the system architecture, processes, standards, and best practices.
- Analyze and optimize system performance, scalability and efficiency, using data and metrics.
- Monitor system availability. Set up alerts and dashboards.
- Research and evaluate new technologies and solutions that can improve the system functionality and user experience.
- Collaborate with other IT and business teams to align the system requirements and deliverables with the company’s strategic goals and customer expectations.

Competencies & Skills:
- Knowledge in business and interface processes concerning a global supply chain structure. Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of ERP. MES, APS and other systems or applications for with focus on, but not limited to, the organization manufacturing operations.
- Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work effectively under time pressure and deadline driven within a fast-paced, dynamic and customer-oriented environment.
- Solid project management skills with agile methodology with the ability to set objectives, implement action plans, track activities and evaluate project process and results.
- Solid experience in MS SQL, Java, C#, PHP, and Python.
- Familiar with monitoring tools (e.g. Grafana, Prometheus, Nagios).
- University degree in Computer science or IT related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in programming, system development, system administration, or DevOps.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
