Job Description
The Project Assistant helps maintain organized financial records, tracks billing schedules, and supports the monitoring of project expenditures against approved budgets. Additionally, the role includes assisting in the preparation of financial reports, responding to internal and client queries related to billing, and ensuring compliance with project contract requirements and company policies.
This position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the smooth and efficient financial administration of the project.
