You'll support our People strategy by coaching leaders, analysing data, and driving transformation through projects like restructures, culture, and TUPE

Key responsibilities: Work alongside Strategic People Partners, People Transformation team and business stakeholders to scope, design and manage project delivery
Support, design and deliver effective organisation designs that add value to the business, our colleagues and our customers
Responsible for effective project controls and procedures within given initiatives
Develop and sustain collaborative working relationships across the organisation, produce and deliver presentation packs and business cases for key stakeholders to support projects
Provide regular feedback on progress, milestones and blockers for the Strategic Partners, People Transformation team and key stakeholders so they're fully engaged in outcomes and progression of projects
Deliver project communications such as training Managers on delivery of communications for change related initiatives, ensuring quality and consistency of messaging
Provide expert advice and guidance on organisation design, people policies, processes and procedures relating to project delivery
Analyse and utilise HR MI to provide data driven solutions and strategies
Work arrangements: At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers
You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future
Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events

Your skills & experience: Excellent knowledge and working experience of managing change or transformation projects specifically in organisation design
Familiar with project management methodologies, prioritising and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
Experience in working with data together with the ability to analyse information, identify trends, link findings to business priorities, and develop actionable recommendations
Effective stakeholder management skills, excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills is essential
Well organised, pragmatic and calm in time pressured situations
Ability to influence managers at a senior level and employees at all levels
Proficient in handling sensitive situations while ensuring confidentiality
