- Own the consolidation and reporting of financial results, delivering clear, accurate, and actionable summaries and findings that drive strategic leadership decision-making.
- Evaluate and synthesize business cases, providing proactive analytical support to project leads and program-level stakeholder visibility to accelerate the advancement of key initiatives.
- Establish and maintain a central, accurate source of truth for financial data by aggregating inputs from various sources and projects.
- Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration to gather and synthesize program updates, ensuring accountability and consistency for stakeholder reviews.
- Own the development of materials for stakeholder updates, including high-impact presentations and summary documents that clearly communicate project status and financial health.
