Harvey Norman Commercial Division specialises in the supply of goods & services to project builders, developers, architects and the mining industry.
We’re looking for a motivated Sales Coordinator to support our Osborne Park team and play a key role in keeping projects and orders running smoothly.
About the Role
Working closely with our Sales Representatives, you’ll be responsible for coordinating orders, supporting customers, and ensuring everything stays on track from order through to delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting Sales Representatives with day-to-day activities
- Processing sales orders and confirming quotes
- Confirming order details with customers and sales staff
- Liaising with Purchasing team for stock and Logistics team for deliveries
- Coordinating deliveries and providing order updates to customers
- Monitoring open orders, including stock levels, timelines, and account status
- Arranging returns where required
- Maintaining strong product knowledge
- Building professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Following company procedures and security processes
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a similar role or retail sales background
- Experience using Microsoft Business Central is desirable (not essential)
- Microsoft office suite skills essential – including a working knowledge of Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- The ability to work well under pressure and prioritise workload
- A proactive, team-focused attitude with the ability to work independently
