YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Product Vision & Strategy: Define and drive the vision and strategy for the entire digital product portfolio across EMEA, owning product capabilities at a business level and ensuring alignment with overall commercial objectives while acting as a key member of the Digital EMEA leadership team.
- Roadmap & Strategic Direction: Co-own the digital product roadmap and strategic direction for EMEA together with the Senior Director Digital EMEA and Global stakeholders, translating business needs into scalable product solutions.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of customer-centricity, data-driven decision-making, and agile delivery.
- Stakeholder & Business Alignment: Act as the central interface between business stakeholders and product teams, ensuring clear prioritization and a well-defined, impactful product backlog.
- Agile Delivery & Execution: Own and execute the product roadmap using agile methodologies, ensuring timely delivery of features, integrations, and optimizations within budget and quality standards.
- Technical Oversight & Vendor Management: Provide technical oversight and manage external vendors and technology partners, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, technical standards, and performance expectations.
- KPI Ownership & Performance Optimization: Define, monitor, and report on key product KPIs, deriving actionable insights to continuously improve product outcomes.
YOUR PROFILE:
- 10+ years of experience in digital product management, with a proven track record of scaling e-commerce platforms, ideally within retail, fashion, or lifestyle environments.
- Strong technical understanding of modern web technologies and e-commerce architectures (e.g., APIs, microservices, frontend frameworks), with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
- Extensive experience in agile product management and project delivery (Scrum, Kanban), as well as hands-on familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Proven leadership experience (3–5+ years) in building, managing, and developing high-performing product teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data, user research, and testing methodologies (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, A/B testing) to drive informed product decisions and oversee complex technical implementations
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to align diverse teams and clearly articulate product vision and strategy to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset, balanced by a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach to execution.
- Hands-on mentality with a strong sense of ownership, a passion for driving change, and delivering measurable business impact.
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
