
Operations Manager
Job Description
The Operations Manager is responsible for the direction and management of operations for quality, accuracy, shipping and receiving, customer order fulfillment, and other operational-related activities. The Operations Manager directs and monitors departmental supervisors to accomplish goals of the client’s business, consistent with established operational and safety procedures as well as tracking projects and ensuring they are handled and completed accurately and timely. The Operations Manager is directly responsible for providing leadership, motivation, training, and development of the workforce through one-on-one coaching, walking throughout department work areas, conflict resolution, group meetings, and training.
