Job Description – Business Developer & Project Manager (Renewables)

Position: Business Developer & Project Manager – Renewables Sector

Location: Greece

Experience Required: 2–3 years in similar roles within engineering firms, EPC contractors, or renewable energy service providers

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in wind, solar, and biomass projects
• Manage end-to-end project delivery from proposal through commissioning
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
• Coordinate technical teams (engineering, procurement, quality, safety)
• Support proposal development and tender management
• Monitor project KPIs, budgets, and timelines
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards

Required Competencies:

• Proven track record in renewables (wind farms, solar plants, BESS)
• Strong project management and business development skills
• Experience in EPC or engineering environments
• Fluent English; Greek
• Knowledge of renewable energy regulations and technical standards
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
