Role Summary
Manage the Material Operation Part employees, and daily workingKeep contact between purchaser and forwarder
Handling international ocean/ air deliveries based on the instructions of SEH
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Material operation part employees
- Discuss the actual shipment with the purchasers/ forwarders
- Checking the previous day arrivals
- Tracking the new shipments
- Cargo organization
- Managing the shipments in Cello/ FIS
- Using internal systems
- Checking emails
- Defining KPIs and goals for direct employees
- Support billing team
- Support procurement group
- Ad hoc tasks which are defined by direct supervisor
- Preparing statistical reports, ad-hoc reports
- Cooperate with other departments
Requirements
Qualification: College/ University degree
Experience: 4-5 years relevant experiences
Other skills: Computer skills (MS Office), flexible, good problem solving ability, good communication skills in English (both written and oral), independent and precise work
