
SUPERVISOR, PATIENT ACCESS - Full Time Day Shift (23764)
Job Description
Assumes responsibility for the effective operations and the development of the department functions within Patient Access and Pre Service Department. Will assist the CAO with the development of all Policies and Procedures. Is responsible for all CMS and Regulatory reports. Will ensure that the staff is adequately trained within all the divisions of Patient Access and will monitor closely work productivity. Will provide feedback to the Training Coordinator on all new and existing employees and their level of competency. Must possess interpersonal savvy and be effective in directing others with an emphasis at being proactive in problem solving. Must demonstrate strong analytical skills and possess project management skills.
