【チームについて】
あなたは製剤製造チームの一員として働くことになります。
チームは製剤製造工程・設備管理・改善活動を担当しており、国内の製造部門だけでなく、グローバルチームとも連携します。
メンバー教育や基準書作成など、品質と効率を高める取り組みを共に推進します。
【主な業務内容】
・製剤製造部門の管理と監督
・製造設備の保守、改修、導入の遂行
・GMPに従い製造工程および設備に関する基準書やSOP作成と作成文章の検証
・メンバー社員のGMP教育と指導、業務サポート
・製造設備のリスク評価と改善活動
・予算管理と適切な運用の実施
・グローバルチームとの情報交換
【必要な経験・スキル】
・学士号を有する方
・５年以上のGMP実務経験
・マネジメント経験
・ネイティブレベルの日本語力
・基礎会話レベル以上の英語力

・製薬業界経験

Primary Purpose / Regulatory Responsibilities:
Manage the Dosage Form manufacturing of pharmaceutical products.
Attend the site leadership meeting and report to the production head.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and Supervise the Dose form section at the plant
Conduct maintenance, revamp, and new introduction (installation) for facilities and manufacturing machines related to a manufacturing site of pharmaceutical products.
Supervise and instruct subordinate employees.
Perform activities of selecting and setting regarding facilities and equipment at the time of introduction of new products.
Give guidance about building and facilities for GMP
Exchange information on manufacturing process, manufacturing facilities and equipment with UCB global team
Conduct maintenance of site’s Dosage form manufacturing equipment, and introduction of new facilities and equipment in accordance with GMP for drugs.
Support members of the dosage form section and provide education for GMP.
Participate in meetings with global manufacturing department. Conduct activities as an organizer for a meeting when needed. (e.g. Calling meetings, Recording minutes of meeting, Hosting meetings, collecting opinions, consensus formation, etc…)
Generate and review criteria and SOPs regarding manufacturing process, manufacturing facilities, and equipment. Examine developed documents.
Generate monthly and annual reports.
Lead or cooperate with and participate in a project team
Repair and revamp site’s manufacturing facilities and equipment.
Conduct risk assessment regarding manufacturing process and manufacturing equipment
Exercise budget control on Dosage form group
Implement HSE activities for Dosage Form group.
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATION
Bachelor's Degree
Over five years of experience
