This role is a high-impact growth position focused on scaling affiliate and creator-driven revenue through TikTok Shop across key lifestyle categories such as Home, Kitchen, Bedding, and Apparel. You will be responsible for building and expanding creator ecosystems that directly influence product discovery, conversion, and brand visibility in a fast-moving social commerce environment. The role blends performance marketing, influencer strategy, and community building, requiring both analytical rigor and strong relationship management. You will lead the end-to-end affiliate lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to campaign optimization and scaling high-performing creators. Operating in a fully remote and global setup, you will collaborate closely with internal growth, marketing, and commercial teams.
