Job Description

  • Maintain customer requirement with requirement engineering method and knowledge 
  • Manage customer requirement according to appropriate process 
  • Create and Maintain customer requirements pool 
  • Operate customer requirements with a full trace and audit trails 
  • Coordinate the discussion of customer requirements between customer and internal 
  • Define customer requirement freeze plan and perform it 
  • Report customer requirement and traceability status for release 
  • Optimize requirement engineering process 
  • Maintain customer requirement management related work products for system release 
  • Perform Project Meeting as a project team member 

1. Experience and knowledge of vehicle brake system technology and products is preferred 
2. Solid experience of system engineering
3. Knowledge about project management, automotive quality standards;
4. Experience of Automotive SPICE and ISO 26262
5. Bachelor's Degree or above, major in Automotive / Mechatronic or similar
6. At least 5 years' experience in the automotive industry and minimum 3 years' experience in R&D for system or SW development 
7. Good communication and coordination skill with others
8. Excellent written and oral English & Chinese skills
