Key Responsibilities
1
Develop marketing plan including marketing objectives, strategies, and promotional plan of assigned products.
Lead and manage all activities in the promotional plan for product category through effective and timely communication with internal stakeholders whose actions or any supports are necessary and develop various promotional materials and programs to maximize effectiveness of the activities

Analyze market and product periodically and take appropriate action according to the results of the analysis.
Forecast monthly sales in a proper way and keep stocks in secure based on stock management guideline.

Monitor sales performance and manage A&P budget
Develop and maintain relationships with opinion leaders and other customers.

Ensure correct answers to all questions on medicine, diseases, epidemiology and treatment trends and attitudes.
To plan, prepare and personal involvement for sales reps.

To comply MKL and industry code of conducts, ethics and code of marketing practice
Qualifications
More than 3~10 years of relevant work experience in pharmaceutical industry.
Fluent spoken and written English preferred
Good interpersonal & high-impact communication skill
Strong self-discipline under high pressure
Time management with the sense of what the priorities are
Good skills in excel and PowerPoint
