As part of our growing Nordic team, you combine hands-on consulting with entrepreneurship. You’ll work directly with leading companies to improve their planning, reporting, and performance management processes. From advising on design to implementing and adopting modern EPM solutions, you make sure everything runs smoothly and delivers value.

You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues from the Head Office in the Netherlands and share knowledge openly and help shape the Finext culture locally: built on trust, ownership, and teamwork.
Concretely, this means you:
Work hands-on with tools such as Anaplan, Pigment, Board, Tagetik, OneStream or Oracle EPM.
Translate business needs into clear solution designs and roadmaps.
Guide clients from concept to implementation and adoption.
Collaborate closely with a diverse team of consultants and solution experts.
Contribute to developing Finext’s Nordic footprint through knowledge sharing, business development, and community building.
