Travel Coordination: Arranges complex travel itineraries, including international travel, accommodations, and transportation, while ensuring seamless execution.
Communication Facilitation: Manages incoming and outgoing communications, drafting correspondence and ensuring timely responses to stakeholders.
Meeting Preparation: Creates agendas, organizes logistics, records meeting notes, and tracks action items to facilitate productive leadership meetings.
Proactiveness: Identifies and addresses issues, sharing options and information in potentially challenging and unique situations.
