Are you driven by efficiency and continuous improvement? This position is tailored for an engineering enthusiast looking to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world industrial optimization, maximizing throughput while minimizing resource consumption.1. Improve the Carbide yield with documented analysis.
2. Qualify new suppliers for calcium carbide.
3. Work on diagnosing acetone spitting and how to prevent it.
4. Act as a Facility Manager, focusing on planning the workforce against planned production, conducting behavior safety visits, team training, and improving reporting quality.
5. Participate in CO2 filling and LGC automatic filling projects.

Education & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite.
Comfort with leveraging AI tools and digital applications for data analysis, trend identification, and process optimization.
Languages: Fluent English
