Primary Job Function:
Lead core Market Access functions related to Institutional Business. Accelerate the introduction of the upcoming portfolio across LATAM. Develop and implement key initiatives to strengthen Key Account Management and drive biosimilar adoption. Build and enhance Market Access capabilities across LATAM to support future launches.
Core Job Responsibilities:
- Build and implement the Market access strategy for EPD’s existing and future portfolio.
- Lead the Institutional Business including Biosimilars, Oncology, and vaccination products in LATAM.
- Work as the connection point between the global team and the region.
- Responsible for secure reimbursement for products through timely preparation of submissions, effective understanding of local processes, and networking with the key stakeholders
- Organize and implement accurate customer segmentation for LATAM countries.

Position Accountability/Scope:
Manages within the Market Access sub-function to develop a strategy for building and maintaining market access inside the Geographic scope and country-level operation. Develop& implement the strategy for the High Specialty products including Vaccines, Oncologic molecules, and Biosimilars.
Minimum Education:
Market Access or related fields, master’s in economics or business administration Fluent in English (writing and speaking)
Minimum Experience/Training Required:
- Minimum 6+ years’ Experience in Market Access or Marketing LATAM regional position or relevant countries in scope.
- Marketing and commercial knowledge experience is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- MBA is a plus
