Professional Photographer / Videographer

**About the Role:** We’re seeking a resourceful, one-person photography/videography powerhouse who can work efficiently and produce high-quality photos and video content on demand. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, knows how to maximize their resources, and can deliver polished results without overcomplicating the process. **What you’ll do:** - Shoot 10 input images of people, objects, or backgrounds - Shoot 1 output image and 1 output video that show all inputs together in the same frame - Ensure all produced content is high quality and aligns with provided guidelines **Qualifications:** - 2+ years of professional photography experience - Strong photo/video portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual storytelling - Access to professional camera equipment (DSLR or equivalent; no phone-only setups) - Proficiency with standard editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut) - Able to work independently, efficiently, and under tight deadlines - Creative, adaptable problem-solver who thrives in dynamic environments - Self-starter with a passion for creating and experimenting with new visual ideas **Ideal Candidate:** - A self-starter who loves to create. - Light on their feet, with the ability to produce high-quality work in short timeframes. - Excited to experiment, innovate, and deliver fresh visual ideas. **Application Process:** - Interview: 20 minutes - Form: 5 minutes - Work Trial: Selected candidates will complete a **paid Work Trial ($120)**. Successful candidates will be onboarded to the project and eligible for additional work. **Compensation:** - Successful completion of one task will earn **$120 per task**. - The task is expected to take about 2 hours, making the **effective rate approximately $60/hour**, but compensation is based on task completion rather than hours worked. - **This is a per-task payment, not an hourly payment.**
