This role sits at the intersection of generative AI research and production-grade software engineering, focused on building next-generation creative systems for the advertising ecosystem. You will design and ship AI-driven platforms that generate and optimize ad creatives end-to-end, including multimodal assets and interactive experiences. Working within a specialized Creative GenAI team, you will help define how generative models are applied to real-world production workflows at scale. The environment is highly experimental, fast-moving, and deeply collaborative, with close interaction across product, creative, and engineering stakeholders. You will be expected to move ideas from prototype to production quickly, while maintaining strong system reliability and quality standards.
