Compensation: ₱19,000 - ₱22,000 / month
Description
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and review reservation submissions from travel agents, ensuring all required details are complete and accurately processed.
- Process deposit and balance payments, including security deposits and property manager payouts, ensuring financial accuracy and timely updates.
- Manage incoming reservation-related communications via Twilio (voicemail and text) and HappyFox, providing prompt and professional responses.
- Coordinate with the Rental Agreement Coordinator to assess the need for detailed client agreements and ensure proper documentation is secured.
- Request, verify, and upload guest documentation (passports, flight details, car information) into the Property Manager’s platform.
- Maintain and regularly update the Guest Portal, including access codes, house rules, and other essential stay-related information.
- Monitor and respond to reservation cancellations and modification requests across all communication channels.
- Complete post-travel administrative tasks, including processing security deposit refunds and following up on any outstanding guest concerns.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service is required.
- BPO experience is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Tech-savvy and adaptable to new systems and tools.
- Flexible to work on weekends, holidays, or shifting schedules.
