Member and Guest Experience Senior Manager

Responsible successful operation of Short Term Rental/Guest Services, Member Concierge, & Transportation departments, including its employees and leadership. As a department head, directs and works with department managers, supervisors and employees to successfully execute all operations, including guest arrival & departure procedures, Member & guest transportation, and Member Concierge activities. Strives to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction and maximize the financial performance of the departments.
