Sr Technical Lead-Testing Services

Area(s) of responsibility

 

• 18+ Years of Experience . Own ERP testing strategy across SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or similar platforms.

 

• Validate end-to-end processes including O2C, P2P, R2R, and H2R.

 

• Manage functional, integration, regression, data, UAT, and cutover testing.

 

• Coordinate ERP interfaces with CRM, WMS, MES, banking, and tax systems.

 

• Ensure test data, environment, batch, reports, and interface readiness.

 

• Lead defect triage, business validation, UAT support, and sign-off governance.

 

• Drive ERP automation for critical regression and business process scenarios.

 

• Ensure audit evidence, compliance controls, and release readiness assurance.
