We have an exciting opportunity for a Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC) Lead to join our plant team at our Dandenong South manufacturing site. The site makes one of the largest and diverse range of premium cracker products under one roof globally, our new state of the art production facility provides both the flexibility and scale to remain relevant with our important retail partners. Manufacturing brands such as Olina's Bakehouse, OB's Finest and Crispbic are fast becoming recognised as the ‘entertaining’ specialist.
This role is a key member of the plant leadership team and plays a crucial role in manufacturing and supply chain operations. Leading a team, you will ensure production processes run smoothly, products are delivered on time, and inventory levels are optimized to meet customer demand while minimizing costs.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Manage the team for optimizing Operational assets and workforce scheduling to meet production/ distribution/ customer requirements, including production & material planning, material planning & movement, warehousing and RM/PM & finished goods inventory management
- Lead end to end Supply Network pillar, as part of Integrated Lean 6 sigma journey, to identify supply chain losses and develop & implement a road map to deliver best in class goals for cost, cash & service and loss elimination in line with the Mondelēz International Supply Chain strategy.
- Be responsible for Plant Warehouse performance and delivery KPI’s.
- Be accountable for Talent, Capabilities & Engagement for the team responsible for identifying and implementing critical levers to attract, retain & develop critical talent and build capability at all levels, technical and behavioural, to build a sustainable workforce profile for the future.
- Interface with key stakeholders internally & externally to develop and maintain effective relationships, align priorities to deliver the company objectives and goals and maintain 100% compliance to standards, policies and local legal laws. `
What you will bring

- Strong operational & supply chain experience in FMCG industry with experience in LEAN or 6 sigma tools and concepts, Safety & GMP standards
- Strong financial & business acumen, project management skills
- Knowledge of Material & Production planning & inventory control, Warehouse operations & Material movement.
- Excellent communication (verbal & written), coaching, and leadership skills in a team-based environment
- Demonstrated abilities in analytics, problem solving and team building
