Job Description

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), the Vice President, Sales, is accountable for Haventree Bank’s end-to-end sales performance. You will set the strategy, build and lead a high-performing national sales organization, and serve as the senior face of Haventree within the mortgage broker community. You will work closely with executive peers across product, credit, operations, and marketing to translate strategy into differentiated offerings that brokers value and trust. This role is for a leader who wants to build, not maintain — someone energized by growth, accountability, and impact.
