- Lead the development and launch of a companion agent, a context-aware AI Agent to empower call center agents.
- Be responsible for sustaining and accelerating the adoption of Agent Assist, as the fastest growing GECX product.
- Build scalable foundational infrastructure and advanced GenAI features.
- Drive collaboration with partner teams in AAI, Vertex AI, and DeepMind.
