Operations Manager Bar Machining (f/m/d)

Responsibilities:
Management of a machining production line, including organization and ensuring smooth daily operations
Ensuring orders are processed on time and meet quality standards
Leading team meetings, production board meetings, and cross-functional meetings
Implementing line targets in line with company and departmental goals
Independent further development of the production line
Collaboration in project groups and leading projects
Close cooperation and communication with adjacent production lines and the design departments
Responsibility for the efficient production of standard products, including continuous optimization of processes, productivity, and manufacturing costs in ongoing standard operations
Promoting and enforcing occupational safety, environmental protection, quality management requirements, as well as company and legal regulations and guidelines
Qualifications:
Completed training as an industrial foreman or mechanical engineering technician
Experience in machining processes as well as in automated manufacturing
Leadership experience and strong leadership skills desirable
Strong quality awareness
Knowledge of lean management and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment)
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
Good knowledge of common MS Office applications
SAP knowledge is an advantage
