General Service Associate

Summary The General Service Associate provides essential labor support across multiple production departments. This position is responsible for performing a variety of hands-on manufacturing tasks to ensure production goals, quality standards, and safety requirements are met.   Essential Functions Provide labor support in key production areas, including press, sanding, detailing, and packaging Stand for extended periods while performing repetitive manufacturing tasks Lift and move materials weighing up to 75 lbs on a regular basis. Safely operate hand and power tools such as grinders, sanders, drills, and other equipment Load and unload parts from production equipment Hang and remove parts from the paint line Detail parts after welding and painting to meet company standards Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all company safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) Perform other duties as assigned   Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong teamwork and communication skills Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to follow verbal and written instructions   Physical Requirements Ability to stand for long periods of time on concrete flooring Occasionally lift materials up to 75 lbs  Frequent bending, reaching, handling, and repetitive movement Ability to work in a physically demanding environment   Work Environment Indoor manufacturing environment Fast-paced production setting Temperatures within the facility may vary seasonally and can become elevated during warmer months due to production operations   Benefits We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health, financial well-being, and professional growth, including:   Medical, dental, and vision insurance Competitive 401(k) retirement savings program Paid time off (PTO) and vacation days Paid holiday Tuition reimbursement Opportunities for career growth and advancement     Shift: 2nd shift Pay: $20.75
