Staff Software Engineer

• Masters or Bachelors degree in Engineering in Computer Science

• High proficiency in computer science fundamentals

• Strong programming and problem solving skills

• Fluency in Java/Python/Scala

• Experience in server side and front end technologies

• Hands on emphasis to design and build prototypes and POCs that can lead to product

• Experience in NLP, ML, data mining is a plus

• Motivated, self-directed, able to work with ambiguity and interested in agile and collaborative processes

• Rapid learner with an ability to be a subject matter expert in his/her technology

• Ability to mentor engineers, work with multiple disciplines and business units, influence stakeholders
