IT Site Support and AV Specialist

The IT Site Support & AV Specialist serves as the on-site technology resource, providing high-touch IT desktop support and advanced audiovisual (AV) support for meetings, events, and daily office operations. This role blends end-user IT support with hands-on AV expertise, ensuring a seamless and professional technology experience for employees, visitors, and leadership. Responsible for set up and tear down of AV equipment for meetings, will ensure testing is done and monitor events to ensure success.   The position is based in San Francisco but will require regular travel to Silicon Valley (Palo Alto) location to support IT/AV needs.
