PwC is a leading global practice in Tax, Assurance and Advisory, offering a wide range of professional services to major clients worldwide, and therefore opportunities for newcomers to our organization.
- Content management: Coordinate and review Tax technical content for EMEA Tax Legal and Workforce Knowledge management including collection and curation of over 10,000 knowledge sources.
- Tax Technical excellence: Perform tax technical analysis, create insights on tax topics, other tax technical activities.
- Consult on tax technical matters in enhancing AI-driven automation initiatives for knowledge management workflows and leverage Generative AI tools and techniques to enhance content creation and insight generation for Tax, Legal and Workforce projects.
- Strong tax technical knowledge, understanding of international tax legislation, legislative process, cross-border investment impacts.
- Experience in multi-jurisdiction projects and experience in client facing projects are a plus.
- Proficiency in using AI tools - understanding of prompt engineering and best practices for leveraging AI in professional services. Ability to design and implement AI-assisted workflows for tax knowledge management and content review
- Awareness of ethical, compliance, and data privacy considerations when using AI in tax and legal contexts. Ability to interpret AI-generated insights and validate accuracy against technical tax standards as well as risk, quality and independence standards
- Cross-border collaboration skills, excellent communication skills (oral and written) in English
- Comfortable operating across cultures, maturity levels and regulatory environments within EMEA
- Stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business needs into outcomes
- Organized, meticulous, attention to detail and consistency.
