Are you passionate about providing companionship and care to older people? Would you like to make a meaningful difference while living and working in a supportive environment? We’re looking for compassionate individuals to join our Bank of Live-in Care Professionals at Home Instead.
What We Offer:
Competitive pay: £889.70 per week
Sundry expenses: £60 per week
Food provided by clients (3 meals a day plus snacks)
Personalised matching with clients based on shared interests
Supportive introductions: We’ll pick you up from the train station for your first visit if needed

What’s Involved:
Live-in Care Professionals stay in a client’s home and provide personalised care and companionship. Each client sets their own care schedule, and your role is to be a consistent, comforting presence — helping with daily tasks, offering emotional support, and enabling clients to live independently at home.
What You Need:
You don’t need formal experience or qualifications — although any experience supporting older people (professionally or personally) is a plus. Most importantly, you will:
Have a genuine passion for helping others
Be respectful, reliable, and trustworthy
Enjoy building meaningful, professional relationships
Feel comfortable living and working in someone else’s home
