Job Description
- Assist in providing direct quality patient care under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse.
- Participates in the assessment of patients. Assists in developing, implementing and evaluating/revising the plan of care.
- Attends educational programs and staff orientation which promote and professional development.
- Develops leadership role within the LPN scope of practice.
- Participates in Service Excellence Program.
- LPN Diploma
- Active NC LPN License or compact state
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Exposure and practice of medication administration from educational preparation and student clinical practice.
- LPN III hourly range > $24.69 - $35.99
- Final compensation is determined at the offer stage and dependent on career ladder placement.

- This position is part-time (24hrs/week) night shift with rotating holidays and weekends
