Job Description
Job Summary: The NPI Engineer will lead development and introduction of Optical Circuit Switch (OCS) products from engineering prototype through manufacturing ramp-up. This role focuses on optical assembly development, prototype builds, process development, and product characterization to ensure that product performance, manufacturability, and reliability requirements are achieved.
The engineer will work closely with R&D, optical design, mechanical engineering, EE/firmware, manufacturing, and suppliers to support engineering builds, qualification, and production readiness of OCS systems.
