Job Description:
Deliver end-to-end, high-quality service to Country/Cluster leadership by coordinating operational activities, enabling governance and cadence, and ensuring effective alignment between Country/Cluster stakeholders and internal services functions
About the role:
- Acts as the internal business operations point of contact (SPOC) for assigned country/cluster
- Partners closely with cluster leadership to translate strategy into execution, strengthen operational consistency, and ensure the cluster operates efficiently while aligning with broader organizational goals
- Acts as a trusted advisor and problem-solver—bringing structure, data, and clarity to complex, cross-functional work within the country/cluster
- Supports cluster leadership by coordinating operational activities, enabling governance and cadence, and ensuring effective alignment between country stakeholders and internal shared services functions
- Acts as the connector between the cluster and central operations, as well as to Finance
- Functions as an early-warning system for capacity constraints, risks, operational excellence and service-quality issues
- Ensures alignment with regional POR, readiness, and financial planning
- This role is internal-facing, relationship-driven, and focused on operational enablement rather than direct service delivery or people management
Requirements:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and execution skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience working cross-functionally and influencing without direct authority
- Ability to translate company strategy into execution
- Services knowledge with focus on SSD Country/Cluster
- Comfort working with performance metrics, dashboards, and operational data
