At GWLRA Residential, we recognize that what we call assets, our residents call home, so we focus on personal, professional, and responsive service, strong community standards, and well-maintained, efficient buildings. The Senior Property Manager is accountable for the operational and financial performance of two multi-residential communities (approximately 1,000 suites total) and for delivering a best-in-class resident experience every day. This is a visible, on-site leadership role that partners closely with Leasing and Building Operations to drive occupancy, retention, service levels, and cost predictability across both sites.
