Up to 80% - 90% travel time

Be the Best Field Supervisor You Can Be
If you meet these qualifications, we would love to meet you:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2 years of Home care, caregiving or CNA Experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Must have valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
- Bilingual skills a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities:
As a Field Supervisor, you will:
- Provides supervision and leadership to Home Care Aides
- Evaluate the quality, effectiveness and of services that are needed for each of the clients served by HCA
- Conduct unannounced quarterly home visits with clients that have Paid Family Caregivers to ensure the plan of care is being followed and HCA's are present during the hours scheduled.
- Coach, counsel, mentor and evaluate the performance of HCA's
- Conduct home visits as necessary, to provide hands on training and assistance
- Initiate and/or participate in client staffing discussion with Care Coordinator
- Investigate allegations of fraud and theft reported by HCA
- Documentation and follow up on incident reports
