Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Inform the customer of the product available for their application via phone call or face-to-face at the Will Call Desk.
Processing orders, including order entry, verifying current pricing, applying any discounts, printing the order, and routing the order to the appropriate warehouse personnel.
Processing any bid, including bid entry, verifying current pricing, applying any discounts, printing and conveying prices to the customer, and following up on the bid promptly.
Process any return order from assigned customers, including issuing the RGA number, entering the return order, determining the restock charge (if any), and routing the return paperwork to the appropriate Quality Stainless personnel.
Responsible for any questions or concerns addressed to you by personnel employed by accounts assigned to you, including but not limited to: billing questions, ensuring discounts are applied and are current, shipping questions, ensuring account information in the computer system is kept up to date, and conferring with the appropriate outside salesperson about any pertinent information learned throughout the course of the day.
Other duties as assigned by the Office Manager.

Education and/or Experience:One year certificate from college or technical school, or three to six months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education. Experience in the plastic industry a plus.
