Job Description

  • Translate high-level global Joint Business Plans and strategic goals into feasible, ready-to-implement action plans, ensuring regional teams seamlessly execute priorities across local markets.
  • Identify multi-market client opportunities, organic upselling paths, and cross-selling tracks to scale the account’s total value and unlock regional growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Executives to articulate the agency’s Full Value of Partnership, overseeing governance, funding utilization, and technology co-investments.
  • Assess, codify, and scale local market best practices globally, establishing shared forums and playbooks to maximize product utilization.
  • Serve as the internal and primary escalation point for initiatives, developing streamlined paths with backend teams to troubleshoot and support the agency's largest workstreams.
