  • Support commercial growth by expanding services in adjacent technical domains and mentoring staff in industry standards and practices
  • Ensure compliance with data security, NDAs, and conflict of interest protocols during study setup, execution, and delivery
  • Coordinate administrative functions such as project setup, billing, staffing, and documentation in collaboration with support staff
  • Monitor budgets and logged hours to prevent overruns and ensure alignment with contract terms

  • Demonstrated leadership in managing technical teams and project pipelines
  • Strong interpersonal skills and organizational abilities
  • Skilled in power system simulation software and Excel-based analysis
  • Experience writing and presenting detailed technical reports in English

  • Comfortable working flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends
Bonus Points For:
  • Master’s or Doctorate in Electrical Engineering preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience working with Electromagnetic Transients (EMT) and harmonic studies
  • Past success scaling a consulting business or managing a P&L
  • Hands-on leadership in cross-border consulting teams (U.S./Canada)
  • Familiarity with utility interconnection processes or energy market modeling
