Job Description

Job Accountabilities

  • Administer and maintain LMS and CMS platforms, including user access, permissions, learner assignments, content updates, course catalogs, and compliance tracking
  • Support onboarding programs for new hires by coordinating training assignments, monitoring completion progress, troubleshooting learner issues, and ensuring a positive onboarding experience
  • Develop, analyze, and deliver recurring and ad hoc reporting on onboarding effectiveness, training completion, LMS engagement, compliance metrics, and learner trends for managers, Sales leadership, and senior stakeholders
  • Create dashboards and business insights (together with BI/CRM team) from LMS, CRM, and BI tools to identify opportunities for improving learner engagement, onboarding success, and sales readiness
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Sales Enablement and learning platforms, including LMS/CMS tools and sales engagement technologies such as Highspot, Gong, and Spekit
  • Manage administrator responsibilities including license maintenance, system configuration, documentation, platform audits, and coordination with vendor support and customer success teams
  • Lead and coordinate small-scale LMS/CMS projects and enhancement initiatives, including feature rollouts, process improvements, content migrations, and system updates
  • Create, maintain, and update training materials, onboarding resources, job aids, and enablement content within LMS and CMS platforms
  • Support the release, testing, and communication of new LMS/CMS features and enhancements
  • Maintain accurate documentation of processes, procedures, governance standards, and training workflows
  • Perform ad hoc reporting, analysis, and operational support as required
