
Project Communications Coordinator/Specialist
Job Description
The Project Communications Coordinator/Specialist provides advanced-level support for public involvement activities, including administrative oversight, online research, database analysis, editorial and technical writing, and associated planning services for larger, complex airport, transportation and community planning and design projects. Duties include organizing public meetings, making venue reservations, preparing mailing lists, placing advertisements, venue setup and breakdown, preparing meeting materials, recording meeting notes, and final meeting documentation for large, complicated projects with a high level of autonomy.
