POSITION PROFILE
Supervise the team responsible for providing quality tune-ups and repairs, building bikes and giving world-class customer service which contributes to the success of the team and the entire company.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILTIES
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource to our customers.
- Inspect, repair and service bicycles.
- Prioritize work orders in an efficient manner.
- Remain current on industry and product trends and demonstrate knowledge of products.
- Build bikes from the box to a safe, ready to ride bike.
- Assist in quality control and deployment of bikes.
- Maintain shop cleanliness, safety and organization.
- Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Ability to maintain and repair bicycles. Communicate information and hotel services to management, staff and guests.
- Three-six months prior experience in a related position.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Able to lift, push, carry 20 - 40 lbs. Stand continuously for long periods of time.
- Continuous Standing as needed
- Lift, pull, push, bend, and move items to support the hotel and outlets
