Job Title: Part-Time Dietary Aide
Location: Tice Valley Post Acute – Walnut Creek, CA
Pay Rate: $19 per hour
Schedule: Part-Time (including weekends/holidays as needed)

Tice Valley Post Acute is seeking a dependable and compassionate Dietary Aide to join our team on a part-time basis. In this important role, you’ll help ensure our residents receive nutritious meals in a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities
Assist with meal preparation and tray assembly following dietary guidelines
Deliver meals and snacks to residents in a timely and friendly manner
Set up, clean, and maintain dining areas before and after meals
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures
Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
Support cooks and dietary staff as needed
Provide excellent customer service to residents and team members
Qualifications
Previous dietary or food service experience preferred (healthcare experience a plus)
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to cleanliness and safety standards
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
