- Perform full cycle recruiting to support staffing all levels of our organization.
- Develop a deep understanding of the strategy, objectives, processes, culture, and skill needs of the hiring teams; use this knowledge to help create effective job descriptions, craft recruitment strategies, and communicate with candidates through creative sourcing techniques, screen, and qualify candidates for a diverse set of hiring manager across the enterprise.
- Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers regarding market employment trends, compensation, skills/attributes, target companies, recruitment strategies, interviewing/assessments, and sourcing tactics.
- Use findings to develop and execute effective sourcing strategies, assessments, and closing approaches.
- Review applications and assess candidate qualifications against criteria established in the job descriptions or Scope of Work requirements.
- Conduct thorough candidate prescreening interviews and recommend highly qualified and diverse candidates who meet the requirements for the role.
- Promote the company’s recruitment brand through active participation in job fairs, conferences, and other networking and marketing events.
- Manage candidate communication and relationship management throughout the recruitment lifecycle and educate candidates about OHS’s culture, benefits, and position expectations.
- Provide daily/weekly reports to hiring managers on a timely basis regarding status relating to all positions; including outreach and response for each position as needed.
- Build and maintain relationships with recruiting agencies, universities, associations and other organizations to find talent.
- Proactively and continuously source, develop, and maintain an effective pipeline and network of diverse talent for future and/or unexpected hiring needs Identify candidates through a variety of methods and tools, including the company career site, social media, Internet job boards, associations, and other avenues as seen fit (i.e., digital, social media, events), building a consistent pipeline of talent for high priority and hard-to-fill positions.
- 3-5 years of experience including progressive work experience in the areas of talent acquisition/recruitment.
- Strong experience recruiting for industrial, manufacturing, and logistics environments, including high-volume and hard-to-fill roles
- Demonstrated success recruiting across hourly, professional, commercial, and corporate functions
- Proven ability to partner with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing strategies and deliver quality talent in competitive labor markets
- Successful track record of achieving time to fill goals with a high probability of retention.
- Strong sourcing capability and the ability to partner with HRBPs and hiring managers to identify staffing requirements that translate into successful hiring.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a self-directed, results-oriented environment at a fast pace; Ability to prioritize tasks, organize large volume of work, perform independently.
- Proven organizational skills, with the ability to undertake multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and diplomacy skills.
- Experience with online networking tools, such as LinkedIn and experience conducting searches on recruitment databases and ability to identify and access new professional networks required.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to think creatively about sourcing methods.
- Proven experience demonstrating the ability to act independently on assigned tasks and to exercise good judgement and flexibility with shifting priorities while serving the needs of employees and organization.

- Experience with UKG (UltiPro) or similar ATS (JobVite, Greenhouse)
