Retail & E-Commerce | Product Ownership Lead
Job Description
- Manage and support a team of Product Owners responsible for Cards, Loans and internal platforms, fostering alignment with strategic objectives
- Shape and continuously refine the Product Ownership framework across technology squads to ensure consistency and delivery effectiveness
- Set and maintain high standards for Product Ownership, promoting well-organized backlogs, clear user stories and actionable requirements
- Strengthen Product Ownership capabilities by mentoring Product Owners in prioritization, stakeholder engagement and delivery focus
- Connect business needs with technical delivery, ensuring product initiatives are translated into scalable and sustainable solutions
- Work in close partnership with Product Management, Engineering and Architecture to synchronize priorities, dependencies and delivery plans
- Ensure a balanced approach to delivery, considering business value, technical constraints and operational impact in decision-making
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Team Leader in e-commerce or digital transformation environments.
- Strong command of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc.).
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across technical and business teams.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, API integrations, and cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience managing or coordinating Product Owners across multiple squads in complex environments
- Deep knowledge of banking and financial products, including cards, loans, payments and digital banking ecosystems
- Comfortable operating in agile environments, with strong technical awareness and product mindset
- Strong grasp of backlog management practices, including user story definition and ensuring delivery-ready requirements
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to align business, product and technology teams
- High levels of drive and resilience, with a proactive approach to improving product delivery standards and performance
- Fluency in Portuguese and good technical English proficiency.
