Job Description
You will have responsibility for providing a high standard of customer service when interacting with customers and staff Effectively screen, process, and transfer incoming calls to the appropriate party Prepare check requests and process departmental invoices You have the responsibility to conduct analysis and research to effectively address any questions that arise regarding invoicing Order and maintain building supplies, track postage spend, execute approved purchases, verify charges, and reconcile accounts as needed Answers mail and inquiries; follows up with other departments to ensure that requests are carried out Accurately transcribe notes, agendas, memos, correspondence and reports as well as create KPI reports, graphs, charts, and presentations Manage safety communications, track employee responses, and monitor overall building safety and security You will conduct building orientation for visitors and temps while supervising service contractors and vendors Coordinate employee activities, meeting room availability and order meals as necessary Use business software systems to retrieve information and verify inventory levels Electronically corrects ticket processing errors to be uploaded into JD Edwards Continuously finds ways to improve work processes to increase efficiency in quality, customer service and profitability
