Join our Workforce Solutions team and make a meaningful impact as an Employment and Human Services Associate supporting the RESEA program, where you’ll empower unemployment insurance claimants to successfully reenter the workforce. In this fast-paced, service-driven role, you’ll conduct in-depth eligibility and career-focused interviews, guide participants through personalized reemployment plans, and ensure compliance with program requirements while delivering a high-quality customer experience. You’ll connect individuals to critical resources such as job search assistance, training opportunities, and supportive services, all while closely monitoring their progress and providing ongoing coaching to keep them on track. Collaborating with Workforce Solutions partners, you’ll help deliver seamless, wraparound support that drives measurable employment outcomes. Education

Bachelor’s degree OR at least six months of experience and transferrable skills may be substituted for each 15 hours of college credit up to two years OR four years of experience working at Workforce Solutions and a recommendation from current or most recent supervisor.
