Commercial Real Estate Specialist, South Bend, IN (Onsite)

POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for assisting with the managing and executing the property disposal process for the Bank's underperforming Real Estate Assets, the real estate acquisition process for purchasing property for future banking centers and the real estate lease process for the Bank leased facilities and tenants in 1st Source Bank owned buildings.  Also, assist with managing a portfolio of Real Estate Assets, including commercial leases for 1st Source Bank.
