JOB OBJECTIVE • Grow the Bank’s retail risk asset along Community Banking Unit Segment lines (Markets, Schools, Local Government Councils, Health Sector, Fashion Industry, Religious Bodies, Embassies, NGOs, Associations, Cooperatives) • Generation of cheap deposits mix for the Bank • Drive product uptake and increase share of the wallet • Profit generation • Retail strategy formulation • Product development and management • Cost control management and income maximization • Business creation and retention
